You earn 5% of Penbrothers’ monthly management fee for every active headcount hired from your referral.
When do I get paid?
Commissions accrue monthly and are paid at the end of each quarter by bank transfer or your preferred method on file.
What counts as a qualified referral?
A lead that is not already in our pipeline and signs with Penbrothers within the attribution window specified in the Program Terms.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
There is no cap on commissions for approved referrers. Earnings scale with the number of active headcounts you helped hire.
Do commissions repeat if my referred company hires more people later?
Yes. You earn on every active headcount hired from your referral, for as long as they remain active.
Which currency do you use?
Self‑referrals, Penbrothers employees, and agency-to-agency referrals may be excluded. See Program Terms for full details.
Are there sign-up bonuses?
Any bonus offers are listed in the Program Terms and may change, subject to approval by Finance.
