Commissions accrue monthly and are paid at the end of each quarter by bank transfer or your preferred method on file.

A lead that is not already in our pipeline and signs with Penbrothers within the attribution window specified in the Program Terms.

There is no cap on commissions for approved referrers. Earnings scale with the number of active headcounts you helped hire.

Yes. You earn on every active headcount hired from your referral, for as long as they remain active.

Self‑referrals, Penbrothers employees, and agency-to-agency referrals may be excluded. See Program Terms for full details.
