Contrast to an Employer of Record (EOR) acts as the legal employer for your outsourced workforce to aid businesses without a legal local entity. Based on our function, Penbrothers is a PEO providing customizable, federal/local law-compliant HR Services to small to medium-sized companies. We partner with businesses in the management of HR responsibilities for their remote, full-time workforce.

If your team member doesn't perform well within 3 months of their start date, we will find a replacement free of charge.
Yes, you have the choice to switch between home-based, hybrid, and office-based setup for your team member/s.
The lock-in period may vary depending on the terms of the contract or agreement between the parties (you and Penbrothers).
Staff working on a holiday will require you to pay a small premium which will be invoiced to you. You will need to pay 200% of the standard day rate for Regular Holidays or 130% of the same for Special Non-Working Holidays. The Customer Success team will regularly update you on the upcoming Philippine holidays.
Yes. All staff (unless otherwise required by the client) are working from the safety of their homes, with occasional days in the office. In the event of a calamity or disaster, the Customer Success team will notify you on an expected calamity while our People & Culture team will reach out to all staff to check in and see what support they need, and what we can do to help.

No. We don't require our partners to have a minimum headcount. Whether you need just one or an entire team, Penbrothers can arrange it for you.
We provide HR support such as payroll, compliance, and engagement, as well as healthcare plans, laptop rental, and a remote work setup.
We provide the necessary laptops/computers to all employees. We have packages ranging from standard to premium. If you have any specific requirement for equipment, let us know and we will give you a quotation and a lead time.
We accept payments through telegraphic transfer from clients around the world. If you're in the Philippines, we accept corporate checks and telegraphic transfers.
We charge a setup fee of $300. We also collect a deposit equal to every team member's one month salary.
In accordance to Philippine labor law, all Filipino employees are entitled to a mandatory year-end bonus equivalent to one (1) month salary regardless of the nature of their employment.
