About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new enterprise or big ticket size leads, communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

What you’ll do

  • Communicate effectively with customers and diligently follow up on leads to foster relationships and drive sales.
  • Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities that align with their requirements.
  • Address potential customers' inquiries and provide additional information via email to facilitate their decision-making process.
  • Stay updated on product and service offerings to ensure accurate and timely information is shared with clients.
  • Explain the features and benefits of products and services clearly and effectively.
  • Monitor competing products and services to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Upsell products and services by identifying opportunities that may enhance customer satisfaction and value.
  • Conduct research to qualify new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of inside sales experience within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing prospect identification and sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in nurturing enterprise or high-value leads, particularly in the North America, UK, and EU regions.
  • Proficient in market research with hands-on experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or managing target accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software and sales tools effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
