About the Role
We're seeking a talented B2B Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving lead generation, nurturing leads, and managing our marketing operations. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from maintaining our HubSpot CRM to supporting content creation and executing marketing campaigns.
What you’ll do
- Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth.
- Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing programs to engage with prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to effectively manage and track leads, contacts, and customer interactions.
- Marketing Automation: Execute marketing automation workflows to automate repetitive tasks, personalize communications, and improve campaign efficiency.
- Digital Advertising: Execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to reach target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the target markets.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing teams in Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the region.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead generation.
- Proven expertise in using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms for at least 4 years.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, content marketing, and social media.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working in the cybersecurity or technology industry is a plus.
