We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist who will play a crucial role in shaping our brand and driving our marketing initiatives forward.
About the Role
The Marketing Specialist will support the Product & Marketing Director and collaborate across teams to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of marketing techniques and analytics, capable of contributing to the growth of our brand while assisting in strategic and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Implementation:
- Assist the Director in planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to provide insights and identify trends and opportunities.
Content Creation & Campaign Management:
- Create engaging content, including images, videos, datasheets, brochures, and website updates.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, analysing performance and optimizing for best results.
Event Management:
- Support the Director in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, such as exhibitions, partner gatherings, and seminars.
- Assist with event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up to maximize impact.
Web & Digital Management:
- Develop and update webpages, ensuring content is engaging and optimized for SEO.
- Utilize tools like WordPress, CSS (basic knowledge preferred), and other digital platforms to maintain a strong online presence.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyse marketing data and generate performance reports, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Track KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and recommend strategies for optimization.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Support, to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
- Provide support to the Product & Marketing Director and assist in new service launches.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in IT services or the hospitality industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, CRM systems, analytics).
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic knowledge of CSS is a plus.
- Experience with design software like Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Analytical & Communication Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
