Responsibilities

About the Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for strategic level decisions within the marketing department, training and development of marketing interns and coordinators, and macro-level coordination with other senior managers.

What you’ll do

  • Expert proficiency in all marketing software and programs, including: Pardot, Salesforce, ABD, Buffer, Zopto, Linkedin, Resume databases (indeed, facebook, etc) etc
  • Intermediate Salesforce administrator capabilities
  • Allocate marketing budget by campaign
  • Hire, train and manage all marketing coordinators and marketing interns
  • Maintain relationships with Marketing vendors
  • Work with VP of Sales for coordinated ABM campaigns
  • Strong understanding of staffing industry, competition, and BOLT niche
  • Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all online platforms, including Google, Yelp, Glassdoor, Indeed, Social Media, and company website
  • Perform analytics on marketing campaigns and the impact of overall marketing budget
  • Make analytics and KPI recommendations to senior management
  • Look for BPI opportunities for BOLT clients and applicants throughout each stakeholder’s respective journey
  • Engage with other businesses for cross-brand marketing opportunities; drive partnerships with other companies to increase BOLT’s exposure to potential clients and applicants
  • Participate in budget process with upper management, determine annual marketing budget
  • Distribute marketing budget to various campaigns; accountable for strategy, execution, and tracking of paid and free marketing channels
  • Engage in long-term strategic discussions with upper management
  • Oversee multi-year marketing initiatives
  • Ultimate accountability for KPI growth in marketing department, increasing sales


Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic role, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Expertise in marketing software such as Pardot, Salesforce, ABD, Buffer, Zopto, LinkedIn, and resume databases (Indeed, Facebook, etc.), with intermediate Salesforce administration skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, including hiring, training, and mentoring marketing coordinators and interns.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively across campaigns, and track KPIs to measure and optimize performance.
  • Solid understanding of branding, marketing analytics, and vendor management, with experience in cross-functional collaboration with senior management and other departments to align strategies with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to justify marketing strategies and data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Strong knowledge of the staffing industry, market trends, and business process improvements (BPI) to enhance client and applicant experiences.
  • Experience in long-term strategic planning, overseeing multi-year initiatives, and driving marketing campaigns that contribute to sales growth and brand visibility.
