About the Role:

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will source candidates for various roles within our organization, particularly in the IT sector. This role is crucial in streamlining our recruiting process and ensuring we find the right talent efficiently.


Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Utilize various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, etc.) to source US-based candidates based on job qualifications provided.
  • Conduct Boolean searches to create targeted candidate lists.
  • Perform initial outreach to candidates via email or LinkedIn InMail to gauge interest.
  • Show recruiters the resumes or profiles of those interested in the job.
  • Schedule interviews between interested candidates and recruiters.
  • Maintain records of candidate interactions and progress in our CRM system (Bullhorn).
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to the recruiting process.


Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • 4-5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years focused on sourcing in a recruiting setting, preferably in an agency, RPO, or staffing firm.
  • Strong track record of success in sourcing and talent pipeline building for IT and technical roles.
  • Proven ability to identify digital profiles and resumes that align with specific job requirements.
  • Proficient in using job boards and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Bullhorn, and other related tools.
  • A demonstrated understanding of recruiting concepts, especially for IT positions.
  • Good tenure in past positions, with an average of 2 years in permanent roles or 12+ months in contract positions.
  • Prior experience working in a sourcing capacity or as a Jr. Recruiter is essential.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems or an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in managing candidate lists and administrative tasks.
  • A proactive and adaptive attitude toward learning and incorporating feedback.
  • Proven ability to work and thrive during US business hours.
  • Positive references from managers in previous roles who can speak to your performance and sourcing expertise.
