About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The Healthcare Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare positions, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific positions.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, including scheduling, preparation, and debriefing.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track progress and facilitate future placements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency or staffing environment.
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals across various specialties and disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and staffing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant recruitment tools and technologies.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for helping candidates find their ideal career opportunities in healthcare.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
