About the Role
This role seeks a dedicated and experienced Research Analyst with a strong background in the financial industry, keen interest in digital assets, and background in the Web3 and blockchain sector. The role requires a passion for data accuracy, expertise in creating insightful rating reports, cross-functional coordination to meet business goals, adherence to high research standards, proactiveness in improving data processes, and the ability to refine rating frameworks based on market trends.
What you’ll do
- Aggregate and analyze data to generate meaningful insights, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare comprehensive rating reports, including conceptualization, data analysis, and clear result presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as developers, marketing, and sales to align product objectives with business needs.
- Ensure research activities and data aggregation meet the highest quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, automation, and reporting processes by staying updated on industry best practices.
- Refine rating frameworks by analyzing market trends and ensuring the relevance and accuracy of metrics for digital assets.
What You Bring
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial sector, focusing on data analytics and credit ratings.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and tokenized assets.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks for digital assets.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop strategic plans based on market research and insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving market trends and technological advancements.
