About the Role
As a Solutions Architect at Pathlock, you will be a key player in designing and delivering secure, scalable solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with sales, product development, and client services teams to architect solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing infrastructure while enhancing their security posture. This role demands a deep understanding of access governance, compliance, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into effective solutions.

- Implementation Oversight: Work closely with implementation teams to ensure that solutions are deployed effectively and meet the specified requirements.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including solution blueprints, integration guides, and security models.
- Innovation: Stay informed about the latest developments in security, compliance, and access management technologies to continually enhance Pathlock’s offerings.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in solution design and deployment, developing strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, TOGAF) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect role, preferably within the security, compliance, or SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying solutions in complex, enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of access governance, security frameworks, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integrating SaaS solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) solutions, ERP systems, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Java, PowerShell) is an asset.
- Knowledge of integration technologies, including REST, DB, LDAP
- Knowledge of integration to off the shelf Enterprise products e.g., Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, etc.
- Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and secure software development practices.
- Knowledge of API integration, microservices architecture, and data security best practices.
- Extensive experience in consulting and implementation of Application and Identity Governance solutions.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of leading project delivery, including scoping and planning projects
