I did not see any job openings that match my profile, can I still send my resume?
Definitely! If you do not see a role that fits your profile at the moment, you may still send your resume to [email protected], and we’ll help you find a new role.
What is the typical selection process?
Once we receive your application, our Recruitment Specialist will reach out to you within 24-48 hours for a phone interview. Should you pass the initial screening, you will be endorsed for another interview or exam with one of our business partners.
Can I apply for multiple positions?
Yes, you can apply for as many as you’d like! If you are interested and feel that you meet the requirements for more than one role, feel free to submit an application for each.
How do I check the status of my application?
Your Recruitment Specialist will get back to you within the next 24-48 hours regarding the status of your application. You may also send an email to [email protected] or drop us a message via our Facebook page.
What if my application was unsuccessful?
Your Recruitment Specialist will notify you via call or email. In this case, your resume will be kept in our database so we can easily reach out to you again once we have other vacancies that match your profile and interests.
Can we access the office 24/7?
Yes, we will be providing your own keys and biometrics access upon move in.
What time is your office operations team available? Can they assist even after office hours?
Office Operations Team is available from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, and on call during Sundays and holidays. Our OPL and Sheridan sites have security personnel 24x7 who can assist or relay any concerns to the relevant PB Team.
Can we access the building even on holidays?
Yes you can!
Is it possible to bring in our own network? If so, what is the process?
It would depend if your preferred network provider will be allowed in the building. To know more details about this, send an email to: [email protected]
Is there an available IT team 24/7?
Our IT Team is available through our Ticketing system which you’ll be given access to once you’ve moved in.
