Nicolas is driven to discover outstanding Filipino talent and give them meaningful careers with the world’s most exciting startups and SMEs. As CEO and co‑founder, he built a system that lets companies scale with remote teams in the Philippines while we handle the rest, sourcing, hiring, payroll, benefits, taxes, compliance, team building, events, and learning and development.  

Today, Penbrothers employs more than 1,200 people and serves over 90 global clients across retail, e‑commerce, travel and hospitality, IT, and fintech.
